For the most accurate fit, measure your foot and compare the result with the measurements above.

Place a piece of paper on a flat, hard surface with one edge against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.
Mark the longest point of your foot (big toe or second toe).
Measure the distance from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres or inches.

United States & Australia: One Free return/exchange per order within 30 days of receiving your unused, undamaged items. We provide a prepaid return label. Any additional returns/exchanges after this incur a $10 return shipping fee.

New Zealand & Singapore: Subsidised $15 USD return shipping fee. We provide the return label, and we cover the cost of the exchange order to be resent.

All Other Countries: Customers must arrange their own return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, or use our automated returns portal here.
The Return/Exchange must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your items
Note that the FREE Refunds and Exchanges do not cover dancing in the shoes. The purpose of the policy is to ensure the best fit. Dancing in the shoes will likely result in damage that will effect the return.
Returned items must arrive in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, or in a different condition to the photos provided in the refund portal then a refund may be refused or only partially granted.
Refunds do not include the cost of express shipping. This amount will be deduced from the refund amount.

Have worn them to every line dance class and Zumba class since I got them

Have worn them to every line dance class and Zumba class since I got them. My instructor noticed them. They look good and feel good though slightly hard on my bunions.

Very comfortable and they dance well

Very comfortable and they dance well. I even took them on a trip to Europe and they worked fine for moderate hiking on cobblestone streets and stairs (hundreds of them). I did replace the insoles, but I do that will all my dance shoes.

Hey Fred! Thanks for the review. Wow, this is the first dance+hiking related review we have had! It would be great to see a picture of them in Europe :). Yes the removable innersole come in very handy to make them a little more customised or the place orthodics.

Thanks for your review Valerie, we glad you love the look. You are correct our sneakers are intentionally built to feel firm straight out of the box. The sole is engineered to respond to movement, moulding to your foot and adapting to your unique flex points as you dance. Similar to jazz shoes, dance heels, or pointe shoes, they may feel a touch stiff at first, but with use they soften, open up, and become much more flexible.
