Returns and exchanges

Free shipping* on orders over USD $60, sent from our US warehouse: processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually with you in 2 to 5 business days by standard shipping, with express available at checkout. Free returns* and free exchanges* for 30 days: one per order, unworn, tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface so they can go back as new if the size is not right.

One free return or exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. Further returns or exchanges on the same order may carry a USD $10 return shipping fee.

Requests reviewed within 24 hours

Refunds processed within 36 hours of your return arriving

Try your shoes on indoors on a clean, soft surface. Shoes worn for dancing cannot be returned as new, but a suspected manufacturing fault is always assessed under warranty.
