For US orders we ship from within the United States. For all other orders we ship from Australia.

For Australia and United States, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days.

For all other countries outside of the United States & Australia delivery can take up to 21 business days, although orders often arrive sooner.

We offer one free return or exchange per order for all United States and Australian orders. For Singapore and New Zealand, a flat return fee of $10 USD applies. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for shoes that have been damaged, used or worn. To receive a full refund we only accept sneakers that are in resellable condition, with all tags, box and packaging intact.
