If your order has not been marked as delivered and the courier confirms it has been lost in transit, we’ll take full responsibility. In that case, we’ll organise either a replacement pair or a full refund as quickly as possible.
If a package is confirmed as lost or stolen before delivery, we’ll work directly with the courier to resolve the issue and make things right for you.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or something doesn’t look right, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
