UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA, UNITED KINGDOM, CANADA
For all items excluding “clearance” or “last sale” items, customers are entitled to one FREE return or exchange per original order within 30 days of receiving the order.
Any additional returns or exchanges, including those resulting from multiple size changes or placing new orders for the same item, may incur a USD $10 return shipping fee.
For “clearance” or “last sale” items, refunds incur a USD $10 return shipping fee, while exchanges remain FREE.
NEW ZEALAND
We provide a subsidised return label for USD$15, which is paid by the customer. If exchanging for a different size, there is an additional USD$15 shipping fee to send the replacement pair.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided or the return must be submitted through the Returns Portal
- The return or exchange must be lodged within 30 days of delivery
- Items are not marked CLEARANCE or LAST SALE
Our free returns and exchanges policy is designed to help customers find the correct size. Items that have been worn for dancing or show signs of use may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Returned items must arrive in original, unused condition. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping. If an item arrives in a different condition to the photos submitted, a refund may be denied or partially granted.
Refunds do not include express shipping costs. Any express shipping fees paid will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a returned item arrives worn, damaged, or in a condition that does not match the submitted photos, and the damage was not caused during shipping, the refund may be denied and the item returned at your cost.
