We offer FREE, FAST and RELIABLE shipping for all US, Australian, New Zealand and Singaporean orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 2-5 business days for major cities and metro locations.

Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping: For all orders International shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. Please note, that at this time we do not cover customs and duties fees for international orders.

To start, simply visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email.

United States & Australia: One Free return/exchange per order within 30 days of receiving your unused, undamaged items. We provide a prepaid return label. Any additional returns/exchanges after this incur a $10 return shipping fee.

New Zealand & Singapore: Subsidised $15 USD return shipping fee. We provide the return label, and we cover the cost of the exchange order to be resent.

All Other Countries: Customers must arrange their own return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

• Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, or use our automated returns portal here.
• The Return/Exchange must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your items
• Note that the FREE Refunds and Exchanges do not cover dancing in the shoes. The purpose of the policy is to ensure the best fit. Dancing in the shoes will likely result in damage that will effect the return.
• Returned items must arrive in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, or in a different condition to the photos provided in the refund portal then a refund may be refused or only partially granted.
• Refunds do not include the cost of express shipping. This amount will be deduced from the refund amount.

Please note: If the returned item arrives in a condition that does not match the photos submitted (e.g. worn, damaged, or not in original packaging), and the damage was not caused during shipping, we may deny the refund and return the item to you at your cost.
