Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping: For all orders International shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. Please note, that at this time we do not cover customs and duties fees for international orders.

FREE RETURNS/EXCHANGES*

To start, simply visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email.

We offer one FREE return or exchange per order within 30 days of receiving your items for all undamaged and unused shoes in the United States, Australia, Singapore or New Zealand. Any additional returns or exchanges for the same order will incur a return shipping fee.

For International orders outside the FREE returns zone, customers have 30 days to return items for a full refund. However, international shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what is shown on our website (see “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below).
